We are happy to provide one backup copy of all content to our customers on CDROM when the website is first launched. Another backup copy on CDROM in the future will cost $50 + any special licensing for video, images or content. It is important to note, most customers come to a service provider as we have our own backup on four different systems. Our customers should also note, some content we use is licensed so it is up to our customers to pay any third party licensing so they can reproduce their content in other forms. To avoid a potential licensing problem if you ever decide to move- have us shoot all of your pictures and video for so all content will belong to your company.
